O2 Coaching Programs

One-on-One Coaching Programs

This program is divided into eight sessions spread for five months. The coach and the coachees sit down and jointly set out the objectives, agree on the timelines and schedules for the various activities. They also agree and share the expectations of each part. However, the coachee’s role is to set the agenda for the coaching sessions. The first four sessions are held before the participants can take two midterm exams/tests to review their skills and understanding, while the last four are held before the final day of review.

Team Coaching or Systemic Coaching

Like One-on-One Coaching, systemic coaching comprises eight sessions spread for five months. Sessions are held for teams with a limited number of 5 people selected by the organization sponsoring their learning. The coach, coaches, and the organization set the program’s objectives. Meanwhile, the teams jointly undertake the mid-term and end-term reviews. Once everything is completed, the coach prepares a report for the sponsoring organization with the action plans, recommendations for monitoring and evaluation, and future development.

Entrepreneurship Coaching

Why Entrepreneurs Need Coaching

Entrepreneurs are risk-takers in the business environment. They mostly focus on
identifying an existing problem in the society, community, or environment and then
concentrate on finding solutions to help resolve the problem. Entrepreneurship coaching
exists to help entrepreneurs find their vision and align them to their purpose and core
values. It, in a way, helps unlock entrepreneurs’ hidden and unexplored capabilities and
assists them in growing their businesses even in the dynamic and fast-changing business
environment.
